About Bonnie Hoffmann

Hi, I’m Bonnie Hoffmann, and I’ve had the joy of calling DeLand home since the early 1980s. Originally from Hialeah, I moved to this beautiful, welcoming community to raise my family—and never looked back. Over the past four decades, I’ve watched West Volusia grow and evolve, and I’ve had the incredible privilege of helping generations of families find their place here.

I became a licensed Realtor over 40 years ago, and real estate has been my passion ever since. There’s something so special about helping people find the right home or guiding them through the selling process with confidence and care. Through the years, I’ve built my business on relationships, trust, and a deep knowledge of the local market.

I’m proud to say that real estate has become a family affair. My daughter Erica and daughter-in-law Hannah are both licensed Realtors - Erica and her husband Charles live and work in the Seminole County area, and Hannah and her husband (my son) Kris live here in West Volusia. Between them, I have seven wonderful grandchildren who light up my world and keep life full of energy and joy.

My approach to real estate is simple: treat every client like family. Whether you’re buying your very first home, upsizing, downsizing, or selling a property that’s meant a lot to you, I’ll be there every step of the way with experience, care, and a calm presence to help you navigate it all.
