Hi, I’m Hannah Hoffmann, and I’m passionate about helping people make smart, life-changing real estate decisions.
My journey in real estate began long before I became a licensed agent in 2016. When I married my husband, Kris, in 2003, we started investing in properties together—a path that has given us financial stability and firsthand experience with the ups and downs of buying, selling, and everything in between. Kris grew up in DeLand, and when I moved here after getting married, it quickly became home. Now, with four kids, I know just how important it is to find the right space to build a life, raise a family, and create lasting memories.
I specialize in residential properties, vacant land, and some commercial real estate, but more than that, I specialize in people. I know how stressful real estate can be, especially when life doesn’t pause for the process. I’ve been there—moving with small children, waiting in between homes, making tough decisions—and I bring that understanding to every client I work with. My goal is always to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible, handling details behind the scenes so you can focus on what really matters.
One of the most rewarding parts of my job is seeing my clients succeed. I once helped a young couple buy a tiny fixer-upper, and just three years later, I guided them through selling it for over $100,000 in profit. That’s a life-changing investment, and being part of that journey is why I love what I do. I believe a home isn’t just a financial decision—it’s where families grow, friendships form, and futures take shape.
