About Erica Hoffmann Rosenberger

Hi, I’m Erica Hoffmann Rosenberger—born and raised right here in sunny Florida. I’ve spent most of my life in Central Florida, and I can’t imagine calling anywhere else home. I grew up in the charming town of DeLand and moved to Orlando in the mid-90s to attend the University of Central Florida, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. (Go Knights!)

Real estate runs in my blood—my mom and brother were both in the business—so it felt natural for me to get my real estate license in 2003. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of helping all kinds of clients buy and sell homes across the region. In 2011, my husband and I moved our family to Winter Springs to put down roots in Seminole County, and we’ve loved every minute of it.

Today, I’m proud to work alongside an incredible team of agents at Charles Rutenberg Realty. I genuinely love what I do. Whether I’m helping a first-time homebuyer find “the one,” guiding a family through the process of selling their long-time home, or helping someone relocate to this vibrant part of Florida—I bring care, dedication, and deep local knowledge to every transaction.

I don’t believe in putting limits on where or how I serve. I work with buyers, sellers, investors, and relocations, and I have experience with everything from cozy condos to luxury homes, fixer-uppers to new construction, and even vacant land. My goal is to make your real estate journey as smooth, informed, and enjoyable as possible.
